		<description>Reading this back, I see that the comment &#039;Despite the massive loss of life and the permenent alteration of New York’s sky line,the effects were actually fairly minimal and short-lived,&#039; may be misinterpreted as meaning I have little regard for the victims and their families. This is not true. In this post, I only referred only to the effect on the western economy that Al Qaeda sort to achieve.</description>

		<description>Why can&#039;t councils just do their jobs without trying to think up grubby little money making schemes.  I saw on the news that charities couldn&#039;t get enough white goods to refubish for sale to the poor because councils are selling off the recycled good to be exported for scrape.  How does that help the carbon foot print.  If being green was about saving the planet to these people do you think that they bother?
